Not getting our emails?
Whether you’ve just signed up or you’ve been a subscriber for a while, you may notice that you’re not getting any emails from us.
If this happens, check your “Promotions” and “Spam” folders.
If you find one (or more) of our emails there, move them into your “Primary” folder within your inbox.
Additionally, be sure to engage with at least one of our emails by clicking any of the links or buttons that you may typically find in them.
Replying to any of our emails is another great way to ensure they stay out of your Promotions and Spam folders. It doesn’t matter what you say in your reply email - a simple “hello” will suffice - but you can also tell us about your startup journey. We love hearing about those!
